Vivian R. has a strong background in health information management and medical records supervision. Vivian started their career in 2004 as a Health Information Management Coordinator & Credentialing Sr Services at Resurrection Health Care, where they worked until 2012. Vivian then joined NorthShore University HealthSystem as a Medical Records Supervisor for two years before moving to their current role as a Health Information Manager at Friendship Senior Options in 2014.

From 2004 to 2006, Vivian R. attended City Colleges of Chicago-Wilbur Wright College, where they obtained Basic & Advanced Medical Coding Certificates as well as a Medical Office Administrative Assistant Certificate.
