Laura Dunn

Laura Dunn is an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant with a career spanning over two decades. Since 2017, Laura has worked at Friendsview Retirement Community as an LPN. Prior to this role, Laura served at the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation and operated Laura Dunn Postpartum and Breastfeeding Support Services, where assistance was provided to mothers in achieving breastfeeding goals. Laura's nursing background includes experience at Emory Eastside Medical Center and Athens Regional Medical Center, focusing on maternal-infant care and lactation support. Academically, Laura earned a BA in Social and Behavioral Studies from George Fox University and a nursing diploma from Gwinnett Technical College.
