Caroline de Ruijter

Caroline de Ruijter is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in labor and employment law. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel Labor & Employment Law and Manager HR Legal at FrieslandCampina since February 2012, Caroline is responsible for various labor-related matters in the Netherlands, including setting compensation policies, advising on social and employment law during mergers and acquisitions, and managing industrial relations. Prior to FrieslandCampina, Caroline held significant positions at ABN-AMRO Hypotheken Groep, where responsibilities included managing compensation and benefits policies and providing legal counsel on employment disputes.
