Narisara Udomkitmongkol

Narisara Udomkitmongkol is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources management, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition and EVP Manager at FrieslandCampina since March 2023. Previous experience includes a role as Human Resources Business Partner at Malee Group PCL from 2021 to 2023, where Narisara designed and developed HR policies to enhance employee satisfaction and skill development. Additionally, experience encompasses a position as Communications Specialist at Boehringer Ingelheim in 2020 and various roles at BTI Consultants from 2011 to December 2019, progressing from Consultant to Associate Consulting Director.
