Widya Budhysutanto

Widya Budhysutanto is an experienced professional in the field of chemical engineering and data-driven optimization, currently serving as the Manager of Data Driven Optimization at FrieslandCampina since January 2022. Previously, from April 2011 to January 2022, Widya held various roles at DSM, including Team Lead for New Mobility and Connectivity products, where responsibilities included managing a multi-expertise team through organizational changes and aligning resources with business needs. Earlier career experiences include positions as a Scientist and Project Manager focusing on crystallization research, a Group Leader at DSM's DMSC, and a PhD researcher at TU Delft, where Widya specialized in process and engineering. Educational qualifications consist of a PhD and MSc in Chemical Engineering from Delft University of Technology, along with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Airlangga and a BSc in Chemical Engineering from Universitas Katolik Widya Mandala Surabaya.
