Bronwyn Pearce has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in event management and production. Bronwyn began their career at HIX Restaurants in 2010 as an Events Manager, where they worked until 2013. Bronwyn then joined Barworks Ltd as an Operations Manager from 2014 to 2015. In the same year, they also worked at Petersham Nurseries as a Project Manager. Bronwyn then returned to HIX Restaurants in 2015 as an Event Operations Manager until 2017. Bronwyn then joined Frieze as a Partnerships Production Manager from 2017 to 2019, before being promoted to Senior Production Manager from 2019 to 2021. Currently, Bronwyn holds the position of Head of Fair Production at Frieze since November 2021.

Bronwyn Pearce obtained a Masters of Events Management from the University of Greenwich from 2008 to 2009. The field of study for this degree was Business Administration, Management, and Operations. In July 2018, Bronwyn also earned a certification in IOSH - Safe Management at Live Events, provided by IOSH. Frieze is a media and events company that comprises three publications, frieze, Frieze Masters Magazine and Frieze Week; and four international art fairs, Frieze London, Frieze Masters, Frieze New York and Frieze Los Angeles. Additionally, Frieze organizes a program of special courses and lectures in London and New York through Frieze Academy. Frieze was founded in 1991 by Matthew Slotover and Amanda Sharp, with the launch of frieze magazine, the leading international magazine of contemporary art and culture. In 2003, Sharp and Slotover launched Frieze London art fair, which takes place each October in The Regent’s Park, London. In 2012, they launched Frieze New York, which occurs each May in Randall’s Island Park, and Frieze Masters, which coincides with Frieze London in October and is dedicated to art from ancient to modern. In February 2019, Frieze launched Frieze Los Angeles at Paramount Pictures Studios, Los Angeles.
