Erika K. started their work experience in 2016 as a PR and Sales Assistant at Temporary Showroom. Erika then worked as an Intern at V Magazine | VMAN, LLC before moving on to Sleek Magazine as an Editorial, Production, and Social Media Assistant. In 2017, they interned at Titel Media (Highsnobiety.com). In 2018, they joined Canvas Worldwide as an Assistant Media Buyer - National. Erika then worked at Digitas North America as an Associate Project Manager from 2020 to 2021. Currently, they are serving as a Project Manager at Frieze since November 2022.
Erika K. has a diverse education history. Erika pursued their undergraduate studies at New York University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Media Culture and Communication. After completing their undergraduate degree, Erika went on to pursue a Master of Science (MS) degree at UCL, which they are expected to complete in 2022. Prior to their university studies, Erika attended Immaculate Heart High School & Middle School from 2008 to 2014, where they completed their high school education. In addition to their formal education, Erika obtained a certification in the "Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" from Google Digital Garage in November 2019.

Frieze is a media and events company that comprises three publications, frieze, Frieze Masters Magazine and Frieze Week; and four international art fairs, Frieze London, Frieze Masters, Frieze New York and Frieze Los Angeles. Additionally, Frieze organizes a program of special courses and lectures in London and New York through Frieze Academy. Frieze was founded in 1991 by Matthew Slotover and Amanda Sharp, with the launch of frieze magazine, the leading international magazine of contemporary art and culture. In 2003, Sharp and Slotover launched Frieze London art fair, which takes place each October in The Regent’s Park, London. In 2012, they launched Frieze New York, which occurs each May in Randall’s Island Park, and Frieze Masters, which coincides with Frieze London in October and is dedicated to art from ancient to modern. In February 2019, Frieze launched Frieze Los Angeles at Paramount Pictures Studios, Los Angeles.
