Manoj Rana has over two decades of experience in product development and research, currently serving as the Head of Research & Product Development at Frigoglass since April 2004. In this role, Manoj leads global R&D and Product Development Hubs, focusing on innovation, talent nurturing, and strategic partnerships across continents. Previous positions at Frigoglass include Group Product Development Manager, Research & Development Manager for Asia & Africa, and Marketing Product Manager for the same regions, showcasing a diverse background that spans research, development, and marketing. Prior to Frigoglass, Manoj held various roles at Craftech Software Tech. Ltd, culminating as Manager of Design & Development. Manoj's educational background includes a high school diploma from Shri Mahesh Senior Secondary School in Jodhpur.
