Lakmali Peiris is a Deputy Manager and Customer Experience Specialist at FriMi since May 2019, focusing on client KYC management, customer complaints resolution, onboarding support, merchant assistance, business reporting, and addressing issues on the mobile banking application while ensuring compliance with Anti Money Laundering regulations. Prior to joining FriMi, Lakmali worked at Nations Trust Bank PLC from February 2014 to April 2019, serving as a Banking Assistant and Trainee Banking Assistant, where responsibilities included problem-solving for mobile banking services and adhering to Central Bank regulations. Lakmali holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from ICBT Campus (2021-2022) and a Graduate Diploma in Management from BMS (2019-2020), along with foundational education from the National Institute of Business Management, Wendy Whatmore Academy of Speech and Drama, and Methodist College in Colombo.
