Arjan Tentij

Arjan Tentij is a seasoned professional in technical management with extensive experience in the property management sector. Currently serving as a Senior Technisch Beheerder at FRIS Real People since May 2007, Arjan is responsible for coordinating both internal and external staff, preparing multi-year maintenance budgets, compiling technical quarterly reports, addressing complaints and construction issues, and managing contracts and assignments for contractors. Prior to this role, Arjan held senior technical management positions at BVF Vastgoedmanagement and BAM Woningbouw, and worked as a technical manager and preparation manager at Hanze Vast Beheer and Zeeman Vastgoed Beheer, respectively. Arjan's educational background includes a degree in MTS Bouwkunde from Zaandam and completion of Mavo at De Bark Zaandam.
