Robert Frechette

Robert Frechette is an experienced Chief Investigator at the Strafford County Attorney's Office and Teaching Faculty at the International Association of Chiefs of Police. Robert is also a Public Safety Consultant providing training on various topics including domestic violence, intimate partner abuse, and stalking. With over two decades of experience as a Paramedic at Frisbie Memorial Hospital, Robert handles pre-hospital and in-hospital emergency medical care. As a Detective at the City of Rochester, New Hampshire, Robert specializes in investigating crimes of domestic violence. Additionally, Robert served as the Chair of the Strafford County Family Justice Center Advisory Council.
