Elena Agrici has a long and varied work experience. In 2020, they began working as Expansion Manager for Frisbo. Before that, they were the CEO of itaxi from 2017-2020. From 2015-2017, they were the Founder of Guvern24, the first crowdfunding platform in Moldova. From 2011-2014, they were the Curator for TEDx Chisinau. From 2014-2015, they worked as a Project Manager for Propeople. From 2012-2014, they were the CEO of ECDL Moldova. From 2010-2011, they were the Reinsurance and Property Insurance Manager for GALAS SA. From 2007-2010, they were the Director of Reinsurance and Corporate Clients Dept for C.A. GARANTIE S.A. From 2007-2008, they were the Project Coordinator for IDIS Viitorul. Lastly, from 2007-2008, they were the Internet Marketing Assistant for InfoHub INC.

Elena Agrici attended the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova from 2006 to 2009, earning a Bachelor's degree in Economics. Elena then attended the Academy of Economic Studies in Moldova from 2006 to 2009, studying International Business/Trade/Commerce. Currently, they are attending the Milan Art Institute, studying Art/Art Studies, General.
