Mr. Eitan Kastner, Frisch Class of 2003, is co-chair of the History department and the faculty adviser for Model UN and The Struggle, Frisch’s school newspaper. Mr. Kastner graduated magna cum laude from the Honors Program at Yeshiva University and earned an MA in the Social Sciences with a focus on American religious history; writing his thesis on the rise of Christian Zionism in America at the University of Chicago. He also focuses on Jewish history, ancient history, and art history. As a licensed New York City tour guide, Mr. Kastner often leads tours with Jewish and historical themes at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. His article, “Yeshiva College and the Pursuit of a Jewish Architecture,” appeared in the American Jewish History journal (2010).
