Heichal Hatorah

Racheli Israeli graduated from Stern College with a degree in Psychology and Judaic Studies. Racheli holds a masters degree in Social Work from Wurzweiler School of Social Work. Racheli previously served as the director of programming for New Jersey Yachad and the City Director of NCSY’s Monsey chapter.
