Dan Lilliehorn is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in service architecture and operations management within the technology and retail sectors. Currently serving as a Service Architect at Fujitsu since August 2019, Dan has been pivotal in modeling and implementing global support services for managed digital commerce. Dan's leadership experience includes roles such as Business Operations Manager and Head of Solution Management, where responsibilities encompassed process development, customer solution delivery, and team management.
