Maarten Robben

Maarten Robben is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organisational development, game design, and education. As Managing Partner at Frisse Blikken since 2011, Maarten focuses on supporting businesses in innovation and transformation. Maarten has designed over 100 serious games for various organisational purposes and has collaborated with notable entities such as Eneco, Fonterra, and GSK on projects aimed at fostering behavioural change and strategic development. In addition to being a co-founder of Housewarming, Maarten holds multiple guest lecturer positions at prominent universities, sharing expertise in strategy and entrepreneurship. Maarten's educational background includes a Master's degree in Organisation Studies from Tilburg University, complemented by various training courses in professional communication and systemic work.
