Tien Nguyen is the Team Leader of Design to Cost R&D Viet Nam at FRIWO since August 2019. Prior to this role, Tien worked as a Failure Analysis Engineer at ON Semiconductor from September 2014 to August 2019. Tien holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from HCMC University of Technology and Education, completed in 2018.
