Rachita Sharma is an experienced professional in the fields of strategic alliance and business development, currently serving as Associate Manager for Strategic Alliance at Value 360 Communications Private Limited since January 2023. Rachita previously held positions as Team Lead at myclassroom and Business Development Manager at Xpress Minds, along with experience as HR Executive and HR Intern at Xpress Minds and The Lodhi, respectively. Rachita started the career as a Senior Executive at TStratCo and completed a summer internship at Crowne Plaza® Hotels & Resorts. Rachita holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Commerce from Amity University, Greater Noida Campus.
