Eman Gourani

Eman Gourani is a skilled professional with extensive experience in human resources, project management, and policy development. Currently serving as a Program and Policy Officer (Fleet) at Fire and Rescue NSW since February 2022, Eman is focused on creating technical documents for major fleet operations. Previous roles include multiple positions at Sydney Children's Hospitals Network, where responsibilities encompassed case management, change management, policy creation, and HR advisory. Additionally, Eman contributed to the Cancer Council NSW as a Volunteer & Partnerships Coordinator, managing volunteer programs, and held various HR and administrative roles at Western Sydney University and The University of Sydney Business School. Eman holds a Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Management and Marketing from Western Sydney University.
