Jenny Arvén Norling

Jenny Arvén Norling has worked in various roles in the software development and data analysis fields since 2010. In 2010 they worked as a Software Developer at Uppsala University, developing modules for an annotation pipeline. From 2011 to 2013 they worked as a Data Analyst at Uppsala University, researching bioinformatics and molecular evolution. In 2012, they were a Degree Project Student at RIKEN, researching epigenetics and transcriptomics. In 2014, they worked as an R&D Informatics Specialist at Medivir AB. From 2015 to 2019, they worked as a Consultant .Net Developer at Netlight Consulting. Currently, they are a System Developer at Froda, a position they have held since 2021.

Jenny Arvén Norling holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Bioinformatics engineering from Uppsala University and has also completed an ERASMUS exchange at The University of Edinburgh, where they studied Immunology, pharmacology, and parasite biology.
