Laurie Simonson has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Laurie began their career in 1991 as the owner and operator of S & W Video, Inc., where they successfully managed all aspects of the retail store specializing in video and game rental. In 1999, they joined Baune Dosen & Co LLP as the Director of Administration, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, including workflow, office procedures, human resources, scheduling, and practice development. Laurie then progressed to become the Director of Operations at Froehling Anderson Ltd in 2006, where they had a vital role in executing strategic and day-to-day responsibilities for the CPA firm. Their expertise includes personnel, finance, management, and administrative goals/policies formulation in close collaboration with the partner group.
Laurie Simonson, AAAPM, pursued their education at Hennepin Technical College from 1976 to 1978. During this time, they obtained a 2-Year Degree in Media Communication. Additionally, Laurie Simonson received the Accredited Administrator in Accounting Practice Management certification from the Association of Accounting Administrators in 2012.
