David Benusa, CPA, MBT has had extensive experience in the field of tax management and accounting. David began their career in 1993 as a Tax Accountant at Larson Allen and later worked as a Tax Manager at LBLCO. In 1999, they joined LKCA as a Tax Manager before moving on to Kerm Dewinter Viere in 2001, where they served as a Tax Manager until 2004. For the past 10 years, David has been with Froehling Anderson, where they hold the positions of Shareholder and CEO. At Froehling Anderson, David has specialized in providing tax planning, compliance, and consulting services to businesses and high net worth individuals, including professional athletes. Their industry specialties include Real Estate, Med-tech, Professional Services, Professional Athletes, High Net Worth Individuals, and Entrepreneurials.

David Benusa, CPA, MBT completed their education in a sequential manner. David earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from St. Cloud State University, where they studied from 1986 to 1991. Later, they pursued a Masters of Business Taxation (MBT) degree at the University of Minnesota, specializing in Taxation, from 1995 to 1997.

In addition to their educational qualifications, David Benusa also obtained the certification of Chartered Global Management Accountant from the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants) in August 2013.
