Michelle Bryz-Gornia

Michelle Bryz-Gornia is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in tax preparation, planning, and compliance. Currently serving as a Tax Manager at Froehling Anderson since January 2020, Michelle oversees complex tax returns for individuals, C-corps, S-corps, and partnerships, and provides year-round tax planning assistance to clients. Prior experience includes a Senior Tax Accountant role at EY, where Michelle worked in both the Indirect (State and Local) tax group and the International Tax group from January 2015 to January 2020, handling domestic structuring, state income tax research, and compliance matters. Earlier positions at EY, including Tax Staff and Tax Intern, contributed to a solid foundation in tax law research and client engagement. Michelle holds a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Accounting and Finance from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
