David del Ser

David del Ser has held a variety of roles in the financial services and technology sectors. In 2015, they began their work as Chair and Chief Innovation Officer at BFA Global, a global innovation firm. David then became Program Director - FinnSalud, Program Director at Catalyst Fund, Director - Inclusive Fintech Practice, and Deputy Program Director at FIBR. In 2007, they founded and became the Director of the Board at Microlumbia, a non-profit impact fund. David also founded and became the Chair of the Board of Directors at Frogtek, a social venture that empowers micro-entrepreneurs. Additionally, they were a Young Global Leader at the World Economic Forum in 2011, a Project Manager at Columbia Business School in 2008, an MBA Summer Intern at Red Five Labs in 2007, and an MBA Summer Intern and Software Engineer at Donorschoose.org and redcart, respectively, in 2007 and 2000.

David del Ser completed their MBA from Columbia Business School in 2008, focusing on Social Enterprise. David obtained their Ingenieur degree from Télécom Paris in 2000, with a field of study in Telecom and Internet. David also obtained their Telecoms Engineer degree from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid in 2000, with a field of study in Telecommunications. In addition, they attended Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia - U.N.E.D. from 1996 to 1998, studying Physics.
