Vianey Figueroa has been working in the technology industry since 2015. Vianey Figueroa began their career at Knowledge on Demand SA de CV as an Account Manager, where they were responsible for software development and IT staffing. In 2018, they moved to Grupo CINTE as an Ejecutiva Comercial, specializing in the allocation of the best-qualified consultants and ensuring quality and expected results for clients. In 2019, they joined IWS Services Latinoamérica as a Business Development Manager and in 2020, they began working at Arum Trade as a Program Partner Manager. Currently, Vianey is employed at Frogtek as a Business Developer / Customer Service Expert, with coverage in over 5,000 stores nationwide and the ability to read over 50,000 products and 170 categories.

Vianey Figueroa earned a Licenciatura in Mercadotecnia from Universidad Lucerna between 2014 and 2017. Vianey Figueroa is currently studying Estudios sobre comunicación y medios at Universidad Tecnológica de México. In August 2019, Vianey received the Scrum Fundamentals Certified certification from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile.
