Zhitao Xiong

Zhitao Xiong is the Head of Data and Analytics at Frollo since September 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing data-driven strategies and implementing advanced AI systems to enhance customer satisfaction. As an AI Strategist at Oscinis since July 2017, Zhitao applies expertise from PhD research in traffic simulation for autonomous vehicles to simplify AI and data processes. Previous positions include Data Theme Lead at the NSW Smart Sensing Network, Lab Manager at the TRAvel Choice Simulation Laboratory, and Co-Founder/Co-Director of Datrum, alongside a Visiting PhD Student role at VTI. Zhitao holds an Executive MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and PhD in Transport Studies from the University of Leeds, complemented by degrees in Automatic Control from Beijing Institute of Technology.
