Rodger Helwig, MBA, MS, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Rodger currently serves as a Part-Time Faculty Professor at Harrisburg University of Science and Technology since 2018. Rodger also holds the position of Vice President Operations at Fromm since 2020.

Prior to their current roles, Rodger has held various positions, including Commercial Construction Project Manager at Tremco Roofing and Building Maintenance from 2017 to 2020, and Application Project Manager at GEA Refrigeration North America, Inc. from 2012 to 2017.
