Dan Shimek

Dan Shimek has extensive experience in quality assurance management, serving as the Quality Assurance Manager at Fromm Family Foods since September 2012. Prior to this role, Dan held the same position at Strauss Veal and Lamb from April 2004 to January 2011 and at Cargill from February 1980 to April 2004. Dan Shimek earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Water Science from UW-Stevens Point, where studies were completed between 1971 and 1976.
