Amanda Cribb

Amanda Cribb (BCA, GradDip Accy, MBA, CA ANZ, CMInstD) was appointed to the Fronde board as an Independent Director in December 2021 and is Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee. She has extensive experience in the technology sector including more than 15 years in executive leadership roles. She has expertise in finance, transformation, strategy and M&A, and has a proven track record as a change agent in high growth companies.

Other governance roles include Independent Director and Chair of Audit and Risk Committee of Straker Translations Ltd (ASX listed technology company) and Independent Director of HRNZ and a member of the Audit and Risk Committee. Amanda is a full member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand (CA ANZ) and a Chartered Member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors.
