Brad Stiles

Brad Stiles has an extensive work experience history. Brad started their career as a professional baseball player for the Kansas City Royals from 1999 to 2005 and then played for the Chicago Cubs from 2005 to 2006. Following their baseball career, they transitioned into a managerial role at Sports Authority, where they held various positions such as Hardlines Manager, CO-Manager, and Store Manager from 2008 to 2010. Brad then worked as a Manager of Training and Development and Lead Training Program Developer for Sports Authority from 2011 to 2016.

In 2016, Brad joined Noodles & Company as their Manager of Training and Development and New Restaurant Openings. Brad later became the National Training Manager and then the Director of Field Training, serving until August 2020. Brad then moved on to Southeast QSR Holdings, LLC as their Director of Training and Development from August 2020 to February 2022. Brad continued their career as the Director of Sales & Training Development at RV Housing Group from February 2022 to February 2023. Currently, Brad is the Director of Field Training & Development at Front Burner Brands, starting from November 2022.

Brad Stiles attended Lamar High School from 1996 to 1999, though no degree or field of study is specified. In addition to their high school education, Brad obtained certifications in 2015 as a Certified Strengths Based Training Coach from Gallup, and in 2016, they obtained the Extraordinary Leader 360 Assessment Certification from Zenger Folkman.
