Judd Fruia

Vice President Operations at Front Burner Society

Judd Fruia has a diverse work experience in the restaurant industry. Judd started their career as the General Manager at Pappas Restaurants, Inc. in 1989 and held that position until 2008. In 2005, they joined Consilent Restaurants as the Director of Operations for Fireside Pies until 2007. In 2008, Fruia opened their own restaurant, Fruia's Tre Amici Steak & Seafood, where they served as the Owner until 2009. Since 2010, they have been working at Front Burner Restaurants as the Vice President of Operations.

Judd Fruia attended Stephen F. Austin State University from 1984 to 1986, where they studied Biology. Following this, they pursued further education at The University of Texas at Austin from 1986 to 1989, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biological and Physical Sciences.
