Nicole Goss

Nicole Goss currently serves as the Director of Business Development and Consultant at Front Line Consulting LLC since July 2022. Previously, Goss held the position of Senior Proposal Manager in Marketing & Business Development at Hudson Meridian Construction Group from 2019 to July 2022 and at Front Line Consulting LLC from October 2018 to April 2019. Goss has extensive experience in identifying and capturing business development opportunities, managing pipelines, and leading strategic sourcing efforts as a Senior Procurement Specialist at XLM Enterprises from August 2015 to October 2018. Additionally, Goss served as a Senior Management Analyst and Senior Intelligence Analyst at the Defense Intelligence Agency for over a decade, providing guidance on productivity and organizational improvements, as well as conducting intelligence analyses. Nicole Goss holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Ursinus College and a Master of Science in Strategic Intelligence from the National Intelligence University, along with training from Mastery University.
