Diana Nichols

Diana Nichols has a diverse work experience. In their most recent role at Front Office Sports, they serve as a People Operations Manager and Recruiter. Prior to this, they worked at Paradox, where they held the positions of Talent Specialist and GTM Recruiter from June 2020 to March 2022. Diana also worked as a Recruiting Coordinator from June 2019 to June 2020 at Paradox. Prior to their time at Paradox, Diana had an internship at the Arizona Coyotes as a Foundation Intern from July 2018 to April 2019. Diana also worked as a Sales and Marketing Intern at the Phoenix Rising Football Club from September 2014 to January 2015.

Diana Nichols obtained their High School Diploma from North Canyon High School, where they were an IB and AP honors student. Following that, they attended Arizona State University from 2014 to 2018 and earned their Bachelor's degree in Business Communication, with a minor in Entrepreneurship & Urban Movement. In 2020, Diana also pursued a program at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, specializing in Mastering Sales - A Toolkit for Success. Diana has further enhanced their skills by obtaining additional certifications, such as Leadership Breakthrough 1 from Rapport Leadership International in October 2019 and Career & Professional Coaching from Pave Your Way in March 2022. Diana is currently in progress in obtaining a Human Resource certification from AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR, which they expect to complete in July 2022.
