Geoven Snaer has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as Supervisor at Gateway Center of Monterey County Inc from February 2011 to May 2013. Geoven then worked as a Program Manager at Gateway Center of Monterey County from May 2013 to June 2014. Following that, they joined Covia in June 2014, initially as an EVS Tech III (Houseman) until March 2015. Geoven then served as the Director of EVS from March 2015 to January 2019 before being promoted to the role of Director Of Administrative Services, which they currently hold.
Geoven Snaer has a diverse educational background. Geoven attended Pierce College from 2003 to 2005, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Computer Science. Geoven then transferred to the University of Washington in 2005, where they pursued further studies in Computer Science for a year. Geoven returned to Pierce College from 2007 to 2010 to study Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. Geoven later attended Monterey Peninsula College in 2013 and 2014 to further their studies in the same field. In addition to their formal education, Geoven has obtained several certifications, including Residential Group Care/Assisted Living Administrator from the California Department of Social Services in 2019, Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) from Monterey Peninsula College in 2015, and Nursing Assistant Certification from Priority Instructional Center in 2004.
