Jessie Ng

Jessie Ng has extensive experience in case management and coordination within the health care and community service sectors. Currently serving as a Resident Services Coordinator at Front Porch Communities & Services since April 2021, Jessie manages case services for over 100 residents, offering support in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, while organizing community events. Previously, Jessie worked as a Care Coordinator at Anthem, Inc., managing health care needs and providing bilingual support for Chinese members. Additional roles include Intake Coordinator positions at On My Care and Asian American Home Care Inc., along with non-clinical case management and administrative support roles across various organizations. Jessie holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Hospitality from San José State University.
