Jill Bowman

Jill Bowman is an experienced human resources leader currently serving as Chief People Officer at Front Row since January 2023, where responsibilities include advising the CEO and Executive Team to enhance performance across regional and global teams and fostering a culture of innovation and growth. Prior to this role, Jill held various leadership positions, including Head of People at Octane, where DEI initiatives and career development plans were successfully implemented, and Vice President of Human Resources at Altus Group, directing people functions globally. Jill's earlier experience encompasses representing Fortress Investment Group, Corporate Sustainability, Inc, AvalonBay Communities, and The Associated Press, showcasing a consistent focus on talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development. Educational accomplishments include a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from the University of Dayton and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Hope College.
