Hortense Desodt

Hortense Desodt serves as a Senior Product Design Manager at Front since March 2022, where responsibilities include managing high-performing design teams and shaping the strategy for the Admin pillar through collaboration with cross-functional leaders. Prior to this role, Hortense held various positions at IDEO from April 2013 to November 2021, culminating as a Design Director, leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, human-centered solutions across multiple industries. Earlier experiences include multiple design roles at Groupe SEB, where notable contributions involved designing a ceramic cookware set and a graphic language for bakeware collections, as well as internships at BBDC Design Consultant and La Redoute, focusing on product and interior design. Hortense holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Design & Management from DSK ISD International School of Design and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Product Design from Institut Supérieur de Design.
