Ahmed Bahnasy

Ahmed Bahnasy has a diverse work experience. Starting in 2020, they worked at Altice USA as a Residential Technical support and billing agent, providing first-level customer troubleshooting over the phone and handling billing inquiries. In November 2021, they transitioned to the role of Corporate Executive Customer Relations Specialist, responsible for resolving escalated customer issues. From April 2022 to December 2022, Ahmed worked as a Business Technical support and Billing Specialist, handling troubleshooting and billing inquiries for Altice business customers. Currently, in 2023, they are employed as a Front End Developer at Frontend Mentor.

Ahmed Bahnasy has a diverse educational background. Ahmed obtained a Diploma of Education in Front End Web Development and React JS from Route IT Training Center in 2022. During the same year, they also earned a Diploma of Education in Computer Science from the same training center.

Prior to their training at Route IT, Ahmed attended Benha University from 2016 to 2021, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
