Corey Cain

Corey Cain has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Corey is currently working at Frontera Consulting as an EPM/BI Sales Director, where they oversee business development, practice development, resource management, and delivery for cloud corporate performance management transformations. Corey has been with Frontera Consulting since 2016.

Prior to their current role, Corey served as the EPM/BI Practice Director at Frontera Consulting from 2016 to 2021. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing EPM/BI delivery for a global consulting firm, with a focus on practice development and ensuring successful client transformations.

Before joining Frontera Consulting, Corey worked as the BI Practice Director at Vertical Edge Consulting Group from 2012 to 2015, where they led business intelligence practice and drove successful outcomes for clients.

From 2003 to 2012, Corey worked at CCI as a Performance Management Architect, specializing in the design and implementation of performance management solutions.

In 2008, Corey played a significant role in founding The Imminent Group, Inc., where they served as a Partner. The Imminent Group was an Oracle Certified Service Provider company that specialized in corporate performance management, business intelligence solutions, and ERP solutions.

Corey also worked at Noblu Solutions in 2008 as a Principal Partner, leveraging their extensive knowledge of various business intelligence products to help clients achieve their ROI on their BI solutions.

In 2003, Corey founded Corey Cain Inc, a Peoplesoft consulting firm specializing in EPM modules. As the owner, Corey provided leadership for full life-cycle implementations.

Corey was also a founding partner at Elire, a consulting firm specializing in ERP implementations. Corey served as the Business Intelligence Practice Lead from 2005 to 2007.

Earlier in their career, Corey worked as a Senior Consultant at Peoplesoft from 1998 to 2003. Prior to that, they held consultant roles at CSC from 1996 to 1998 and at Price Waterhouse from 1995 to 1997.

Corey Cain attended Walt Whitman High School from 1987 to 1990. Following high school, Corey enrolled at Brown University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from 1990 to 1994. In terms of additional certifications, Corey obtained the Oracle Planning 2019 Certified Implementation Specialist in May 2020. The institution for the certification is Oracle. Corey also holds the Oracle Business Intelligence Foundation Suite 11g Certified Implementation Specialist certification, although the institution and the exact date of obtaining this certification are unknown.
