Andrés Enrique Palacios Sánchez

Andrés Enrique Palacios Sánchez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health, safety, and environmental management within the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as Director HSEQ for Colombia, Peru, and Ecuador and Country Manager for Peru at Frontera Energy Corp. since November 2021, Andrés previously held key roles at Shell, Frontera Energy Corp., Repsol, and several other energy companies. Noteworthy positions include Gerente SMA at Repsol, where responsibility encompassed safety, health, and environmental management across various international projects, and Gerente HSE-CR at Petroleos Sudamericanos Sucursal Colombia, leading multiple teams in environmental and safety initiatives. Andrés holds an Environmental and Sanitary Engineering degree from Universidad de La Salle and a specialization in Environmental Law from Universidad Externado de Colombia.
