María Carolina Andrade Sanchez is a seasoned professional in sustainability and social investment, currently serving as the Sustainability and Social Investment Manager at Frontera Energy Corp. and a lecturer in Sustainable Business at CESA. With extensive experience as an independent consultant focusing on sustainability, corporate social responsibility, and volunteering, María Carolina has successfully designed and executed youth empowerment initiatives and managed various social projects across organizations like Fundación Guaicaramo and Fundación Corona. Notable achievements include the adaptation and implementation of sustainability strategies, the creation of measurement dashboards for sustainability performance, and the design of inclusive employment models and training methodologies.
