Monica has held roles such as Human Resources Deputy Manager and Human Talent Manager, where Monica was responsible for implementing HR programs related to talent management, compensation and benefits, recruitment and retention. Monica has a strong background in designing and updating HR policies and procedures, as well as coordinating services such as payroll, training, and employee relations.
