As Co-Founder and Partner of Frontera Search Partners since April 2013, Ches Williams has been instrumental in providing staffing solutions for medical facilities, specializing in the placement of healthcare professionals. Additionally, since July 2020, Ches Williams has served as an Advisory Board Member at Goldfinch Health, focusing on optimizing surgical experiences. Previously, from March 2001 to January 2024, Ches Williams co-founded Frontera Strategies, LP, a leader in ancillary diagnostic testing services in Texas and Oklahoma. Furthermore, Ches Williams held the position of President of the Entrepreneurs' Organization's Dallas Chapter from July 2013 to July 2014, fostering a community of entrepreneurs. Ches Williams earned a BBA in Marketing from Texas Christian University between 1988 and 1992.
