Philippe Andrieux

Philippe Andrieux has an extensive background in border security and international cooperation, currently serving as the Head of the EBCG Stakeholders Sector within the EU Affairs Unit at Frontex since August 2012, where responsibilities include coordinating the Frontex Liaison Officers network across EU Member States. Previously, Philippe held roles as an Advisor to the Executive Director and Operational Officer in the Air Border Sector at Frontex. Prior experience includes working as an International and European Cooperation Officer at the Direction Centrale de la Police aux Frontières, managing the French immigration liaison officers network and leading joint operations with Frontex. Philippe's career began at the French Ministry of Interior, serving as a Liaison Officer to the UK and Ireland, leading an operational unit of 120 police officers, and as a Border Guard Officer at Paris Orly airport, where responsibilities included managing the forged document sector.
