Jake Fearing

Jake Fearing has a diverse range of work experience spanning over a decade. Jake began their career as an Assembler at Spectranetics in 2008 and moved on to become an Electronic Assembler at ITT Inc. in 2009. Jake then joined Entegris in 2014 as a Quality Control Inspector - Lead until 2016. In 2019, Jake started working at Frontgrade Technologies as a Quality Assurance Technician, and later progressed to the role of IC Assembler III. In 2022, they transitioned to the role of a Business Process Improvement Analyst I and was promoted to Business Process Improvement Analyst II in 2023.

Jake Fearing attended Colorado Technical University from 2014 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Management.
