Javier Casteleiro

Javier Casteleiro has a strong background in engineering and management roles. Javier is currently employed as a System Engineering Manager at Frontgrade Technologies since January 2023. Previously, they worked at CAES as a System Engineering Manager from July 2022 to December 2022, a Product Development Engineering Manager from May 2021 to July 2022, a Sr. Project Engineer from August 2016 to May 2021, and a Sr. Mfg. Engineer from July 2015 to August 2016. Prior to their time at CAES, they served as President of Precision Parts Inc. from September 1999 to July 2015. Javier also held the position of Director of Mfg. Engineering at GSE DYNAMICS INC from August 1999 to January 2015. Before that, they were the President/Owner of Island Industries Corp from July 1988 to August 1999.

Javier Casteleiro holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the New York Institute of Technology. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained several certifications throughout their career. Javier completed the Basics of ITAR certification at Team Worldwide in August 2011. In September 2010, they obtained the AS9100 Internal Quality Auditor certification from LI Forum for Technology. In January 2004, they completed the Penetrant Testing Level I/II certification provided by Hellier NDT. In April 2002, they underwent ISO 9000 Internal Audit Training at IMSM Training. Lastly, they obtained the Powered Industrial Trucks Operator Certification from CSS in July 2012.
