Scott Popelar

Scott Popelar has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Scott started their career at Delphi in 1993 as an Advanced Process Engineer, where they worked until 1998. Scott then joined IC Interconnect as the Director of Engineering from 1998 to 2006. After that, they worked at Aeroflex, a Cobham Company, as the Principal R&D Packaging Engineer from 2007 to 2014. Following this, they joined Cobham Advanced Electronic Solutions, where they held multiple positions including Manager, Advanced Package Engineering from 2014 to 2016, and Development Engineer Chief from 2016 to 2022. Currently, they are serving in the role of Development Engineer Chief at Frontgrade Technologies starting from January 2023.

Scott Popelar is an individual with a strong educational background in engineering. Scott obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University, where they attended from 1984 to 1988. Scott then pursued further education at the same institution and earned a Master of Science degree in Engineering Mechanics from 1988 to 1990. Scott continued their academic journey and completed a Ph.D. in Engineering Mechanics at The Ohio State University from 1990 to 1993.
