James Needham

James Needham has worked at Frontier Agriculture since 2018. James started as a Grain Trader and later became an Oilseeds Trader. Currently, they serve as the Oilseeds Trading Product Head, where they manage the National Oilseeds book for the UK's largest grain merchant. In this role, they utilize robust risk management and market analysis to execute a highly profitable trading book. James also oversees internal teams and maintains strategic customer relationships with key stakeholders, including the parent company, Cargill Plc. Before joining Frontier Agriculture, James worked at ToeBox Ltd as the Director of Operations from March 2017 to February 2018.
