Sam Taylor is an experienced professional in Agile methodologies with a diverse background in business analysis, quality assurance, and team leadership. Currently serving as a Delivery Lead and Agile Coach at Frontier Agriculture since February 2023, Sam is guiding the organization's Agile transformation and supporting Scrum teams in delivering high-value increments. Prior experience includes working as a Scrum Master at Kingfisher IT Services, where Sam facilitated productive Scrum and Kanban ceremonies, and as a Business Analyst at UNiDAYS, leading requirements gathering for CRM relaunches.
