Jonathan Taylor

Jonathan Taylor is an accomplished professional in the field of loyalty and partnership marketing, currently serving as Senior Manager of Loyalty & Co-brand at Frontier Airlines since January 2023. In this role, Jonathan oversees loyalty programs, including the successful relaunch of FRONTIER Miles, which saw a substantial increase in active users and Elite Status members. Previously, at IHG Hotels & Resorts, Jonathan directed strategy for financial partnerships and achieved significant growth in customer engagement through innovative marketing campaigns. Jonathan's extensive experience also includes senior roles at Expedia Group and Avero, where strategic marketing initiatives and client consultancy led to substantial revenue growth. Jonathan holds a Master’s degree in Management in Hospitality from Cornell University and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Boston University.
